we are
Cochrane People was founded by Steven Cochrane, an HR professional. Steven’s background is unusual in this field, having worked across both sides of the employment relationship, as a HR professional and as an elected Senior Workplace Representative for Unite the Union, negotiating collective agreements with senior leaders.
